Congratulations on being selected as a presenter or faculty member for TCT® Plus Middle East 2026. To ensure a successful experience, please utilize the resources and follow the guidelines below.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding your role is crucial for the seamless execution of the conference. Detailed responsibilities for each role are outlined below.

Moderators
- Arrive at the session room 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Set the tone for each session.
- Provide brief introductions.
- Lead sessions and ensure they remain on schedule.
- Facilitate discussions among panelists and presenters.

Debaters
- Maintain a respectful and professional debate.
- Present within the allotted time to maintain the schedule.
- Focus on the specified debate question rather than a broad overview.

Discussants
- Add commentary and engage in dynamic conversations on the presented topics.
Presenters and Lecturers

Present within the allotted time to maintain the schedule.
- It is advisable to minimize the number of slides.
- Scientific Abstract Presenters: Maximum 20 slides.
- Challenging Cases Presenters: Maximum 20 slides.
- Be prepared to participate in discussions following your presentation or at the end of the session.

Proctors
- Provide brief introduction including an overview and learning objectives.
- Familiarize yourself with specific session hardware and software.
Presenter Instructions
To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Step 1: Prepare Your PowerPoint

PowerPoint in the .pptx only and formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Maximum file size: 1 GB
- Convert your Keynote file to PowerPoint (.pptx) and check formatting before uploading.
- Use the TCT® Plus Middle East 2026 slide template.

Save and bring all files on a USB, ensuring all videos and pictures are included in the same folder as the presentation file, even if embedded.
- Do not use custom fonts.
- Use QuickTime software for video conversion, if necessary.
- Pre-Recorded Lectures: Provide your PowerPoint to ICOM during your scheduled recording. This option is restricted to individuals who have been pre-authorized by the organizers.

Disclosures: Include your disclosures - 24 months of information - on your second slide.
- Download the provided template and select the relevant slide: Nothing to disclose OR you have disclosures.
- Summary/Conclusion: The last slide of your presentation should be a summary/conclusion slide. Your last slide must not be a hidden slide.
- Scientific Abstracts: Maximum 20 slides.
- Challenging Cases: Maximum 20 slides.
Step 2: Upload Your Presentation
Early upload (72 hours prior) is necessary to screen for technical issues that may create problems during presentations. Failure to comply with the 72-hour deadline may result in technical issues that could disrupt the program.
Day 1 Presenters must upload online by 16 September.
Do Not Upload: If you are presenting in the Istanbul Pod, Baghdad Pod and Hands-on Centers 1-3, upload your presentation directly in the room. An A/V technician will be available to assist.
- Complete the form.
- Upload your presentation file.
- If you have multiple presentations, please submit a separate submission for each assigned presentation. Do not upload multiple presentations within a single submission.
Deadline: You must upload your presentation in Speaker Ready no later than 2 hours prior to your session.

- Arrive at the room 10 minutes prior to the start of your session.

- "Presenter View" is not supported.
- Personal laptops at the podium are not permitted. Each room is equipped with a presentation laptop connected to the presentation management system and a Slide Mover to advance your slides.
- Presentation Timer: The presentation management system has an automated countdown clock that tracks your allotted time as indicated in the program. The system is set up to ensure presentations keep to time. Presentations that go over time will be cut off.

Staff will be available in the Speaker Ready Room to assist you in preparing your presentation and provide support during your session.
